Hatamleh Education is a private family website operated by Dr. Fadi Hatamleh for the education of his own children. It is not a commercial service and it is not open to public registration.
What this website itself collects
Nothing. This site has no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party trackers. The only server logs kept are the standard access logs required to run and secure the server.
The connected school-mail tool
To gather the children's school correspondence and revision material, a private tool operated by the same person connects to a single Google account (fadihatamleh@gmail.com) that belongs to the operator. It requests the narrowest access that does the job:

It does not request the ability to send, modify or delete email, and it has no access to any other Google account.
What is stored, and where
- Only material relevant to the children's schooling: school correspondence and the documents attached to it (revision booklets, learning maps, practice papers).
- It is stored on servers controlled by the operator at Hetzner (European Union) and is reachable only through a password-protected family library.
- Each stored file keeps a record of which email it came from, so it can be traced or deleted.
Sharing
No data is sold, rented, published or shared with any third party. There is no advertising. Nothing is used to train machine-learning models. Access is limited to the operator and his family.
Google user data — Limited Use
The tool's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used solely to provide the family education features described above; it is not transferred to others, not used for advertising, and not used for any purpose unrelated to those features. Humans do not read it except the operator, who is the owner of the mailbox being read.
Retention and deletion
Material is kept while it is useful for the children's schooling. Any file or email record can be deleted on request. Access can be revoked at any time by the account owner at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately ends the tool's access.
Children
The site exists to support the operator's own children. Their material is uploaded by their parent, is visible only inside the password-protected family library, and is never made public.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
